“The Barn” hosts a huge wet weather shelter which is available for all site users to retreat to if the weather just gets too damp to cope. Free of charge but not available for exclusive use sorry.
Access to photocopying, printing and laminating can usually be arranged Monday to Saturday, at a reasonable cost. If you have a specific request, please make arrangements in advance.
A number of high quality wooden tables & benches with metal legs are available for hire for a mere £2.50 per table and £1.50 per bench per night. Just think of the hassle saved in transporting yours to camp & back & having to wash the mud off afterwards! Please book in advance.
Tucked away at the top of the Barn, with a stunning view over the fells, the Loft is a quiet sanctuary for groups to get together, do presentations or hold meetings. A projector is usually available if requested in advance.
Our camp fire circle provides a great location for some classic Scouting fun. Can you sing loudly enough to hear the hills sing back?
The main toilet and shower block is situated close to Camp Centre with an additional toilet block serving the lower site during the summer.
